These terms govern your use of sendmetovegas.com and experiences offered by Send Me To Vegas Tours, LLC. By using the website or booking an experience, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and venue admission

Nightclub and dayclub participants must be 21 or older and present an original, valid government-issued photo ID. Guests must comply with venue dress codes, security procedures and conduct rules. Individual venues control final admission.

Bookings and modifications

Availability, itinerary details and pricing are shown during booking. Requests to add guests may be accepted up to one hour before the experience when capacity permits. Other modifications should be requested by text and email at least three hours before the scheduled start.

Cancellations and refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be charged in full. Partial refunds are not offered. When Send Me To Vegas Tours cancels an experience, guests will be offered a refund or an opportunity to reschedule.

Documented vehicle accidents, serious illness, airline cancellation, death in the family or severe weather preventing the experience may be considered under the booking’s cancellation terms. Dining delays, ordinary traffic, undocumented illness and personal preference generally do not qualify.

Conduct and safety

We may refuse service or remove a participant for disruptive, unsafe, excessively intoxicated or unlawful behavior. Guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for following host, driver and venue instructions.

Photos and video

Photos or video may be taken during an experience for promotional use. Notify us in writing before the tour if you do not consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Nevada law. Disputes are subject to the dispute-resolution terms applicable to the booking and, where enforceable, binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada.
