Make sure everyone is choosing the same night
Start with the date, the number of guests and whether the whole party wants a nightclub experience. Everyone joining a nightclub or dayclub must be 21 or older with an original, valid government-issued photo ID. Settle that before someone includes an underage friend in the headcount or assumes a digital ID photo will work.
Share the exact package name with the group. Platinum includes two nightclubs and a one-way shared party bus between them. Party includes one nightclub and a seasonal pool party, with no bus. Baller adds a seasonal pool party to Platinum. Similar names do not mean the same itinerary, and a pool party is not automatically part of a nightclub ticket.
Compare the full evening’s budget
The booking calendar shows the current ticket price, applicable tax and availability for the selected date. For Platinum, the scheduled nightclub cover charges and the one-way bus transfer are part of the package. Keep a separate budget for food, purchases inside the clubs and transport before and after the hosted experience.
A VIP admission ticket does not establish a reserved table or bottle-service booking. If a table is important to the celebration, speak with the team about that request separately. Clear expectations are more useful than asking guests to discover extra purchases after they arrive.
Give the group one source of practical information
Use a group message for the date, package name and meeting instructions from your confirmation. Ask every guest to save those details. A screenshot buried in one person’s camera roll is not a shared arrival plan, particularly when friends are staying at different hotels.
Choose a contact person for your party so questions reach the team together. If guests book separately, ask the team how best to coordinate your group rather than assuming independent reservations will automatically be linked. For a larger celebration, share the estimated headcount and date early.
Protect the first meetup and the move to the bus
Keep dinner, photos and hotel preparation comfortably ahead of the confirmed meetup. Leave room for Strip traffic and the walk through a resort. Arriving together and ready for check-in is more helpful than trying to explain to the host that half the group is still getting dressed.
Inside the first venue, keep track of the host’s regroup instructions. The shared bus segment usually lasts about 25 minutes and links the two clubs one way. Staying with the group supports the organized entry at the second venue. Plan your own transport home from that final stop.
When to ask about a private celebration
A shared club crawl suits guests who want a social group and a coordinated route. A private celebration has a different planning brief. Our bachelorette experience includes approximately two hours on a private party bus, champagne, a Strip photo stop and hosted VIP nightclub entry; its details and group pricing are separate from Platinum.
Tell the team the date, guest count and the kind of celebration you want. The aim is a package your whole group understands, with a realistic budget and a clear arrival plan. That gives the host room to organize the night while you enjoy it with your friends.
